Professional Cleaning and Disinfecting:

Though our centers have always maintained high standard cleaning procedures, we have now added additional measures to further clean each individual site. We have partnered with an EPA certified and CDC trained team of experts to disinfect our outpatient facilities on a daily basis. Additionally, we have added extra time in between each exam to allow for additional social distancing and cleansing.

Increased Safety Measures:

We have equipped our centers with protective shield guards and have implemented mandatory temperature checks for all team members and patients. In addition, we have set up hand sanitizer station outside the facility that you can use prior to entering the building.

Symptomatic Patients:

If you are experiencing symptoms of infection, we kindly ask that you not come to the center for your scheduled appointment/treatment. Please inform us immediately so we can prepare a customized plan for you to keep our team members and other patients safe.

Face Covering:

Per NY state Order No. 202.17, we are asking patients to please wear a face covering to protect themselves and others. Examples include surgical mask, cloth mask, bandanna, or scarf. You will not be allowed into the facility if you do not have a face mask.

Social-Distancing.png

Social Distancing:

To keep all patients and our staff safe, we have adhered to social distancing by spacing our waiting room chairs at least 6 feet apart from one another.  In order to do so, we ask that you adhere to the following requests.

  • Please do not arrive to center more than 10 min prior or later than your scheduled appointment.

  • If you have someone accompany you who is not necessary to your care, we ask that they wait in the car or somewhere outside of the waiting room area

We will continue offering telemedicine as an option for certain appointments such as a consults and follow-ups. Also, we will continue to stagger patient appointments to limit the number of patients in the building at any one time and to reduce unnecessary contact between patients and other families.
